Enter your Starbucks Network account credentials to log in (not your iSeries information). This should be the same username and password you use to log into your laptop and the Partner Portal.

If you receive a message about not having the correct user role or access group membership, ensure you have requested the appropriate application in Request Center. You can also check your access control group membership by viewing the "Member Of" tab in your Outlook properties.

If you are able to login, but receive a message about your iSeries user profile being inactive. Make sure you can log in to the iSeries (a.k.a. System i, Green Screen, JDA, MMS) before attempting to log in here.
